This session focuses on how social determinants of health could contribute to increased risk of infection in people on dialysis. A roundtable with an interdisciplinary team, including a nephrologist, dialysis nurse, technician, and social worker, will present three clinical vignettes illustrating different social determinants of health and discuss how they impact care. During the live broadcast session, the interdisciplinary panelists will be in the chat to ask attendee questions in this interactive session.
